Just now they closed the world for the early birds (CB testers) and will reopen it for all OB testers in 20 minutes (11am PST)

So if you want to be first, get the client and log in in 15 minutes

I should probably be more specific and say the launch day for open beta.

Tomorrow is the launch date for 12Sky, and the new client is now available from download @ http://12-sky.aeriagames.com/download
I tried all download sites and mirrors, and found that the third US server gave the best download speed.
The 785MB setup file was downloaded in 13 minutes

Looks ok for now, although I can't say much atm as my highest char is lvl 18.There's a 2xEXP and 4xDROP going on, so I've gotten a few uniques and rares. The unique and rare drop rates seems to be affected by your luck though, which comes from extra stats on clothes and other wearables.
