  • A nifty — but unintentional — power has been nerfed out of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order with the game’s latest patch. That’s right, you can no longer destroy rockets using the game’s photo mode. Some likened this to an extension of Cal’s ability to Force-manipulate rockets but, nah, ain’t supposed to work like that. “We’ve fixed this to ensure that you can continue playing the game after using Photo Mode.” There are several other bug fixes in the latest patch for Jedi: Fallen Order on PlayStatio

  • ThinkGeek — now owned by GameStop — has filed a Bluetooth speaker with the Federal Communications Commission. Typically, ThinkGeek does a pretty great job for the goof holiday. The price point feels high for a novelty speaker. And yet, I still want it — precisely for the pleasure of having a Jigglypuff speaker that can sing the creature’s famous song. Of course, GameStop isn’t doing too well, with the company’s holiday financial results painting a bleak picture for the company.

But the new v11.40 update includes an option for players to “sidegrade” their assault rifle, turning it into a Heavy Assault Rifle instead — but only in non-competitive playlists. As of this patch, it seems like the standard Assault Rifle is the only weapon players can sidegrade. The Heavy Assault Rifle had been removed from Fortnite for quite a while, and was only reintroduced in patch v11.40. It’s possible that Epic could

  • Karakin is the game’s smallest map so far, which should also make it the most intense. Karakin is playable on the PUBG Test Server right now. It’s 2×2, making it half the size of Sanhok, PUBG’s previously smallest map. Thanks to its tiny size, Karakin will only support 64 players, rather than the standard 100, but it shouldn’t feel any less intense. This kind of dynamic map change is entirely new to PUBG and at this point is exclusive to Karakin.

Since they’re no longer classified as DLC, that means soundtracks will no longer have system requirements in their listings. This probably isn’t the end of system requirement goofs across the board. For example, a reply to Fox’s thread shows the f
